Fire protection
With the Broszeit fire protection program, you have a high-performance fire protection program for interior construction at your disposal. Our non-flammable Grenamat fire protection panels are made from the natural raw material vermiculite and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees. Thanks to their open-pored structure, they also have a sound-absorbing effect and achieve good values in terms of thermal conductivity.
Characteristics
The non-flammable Grenamat fire protection boards can be processed with common tools and woodworking machines and are certified according to DIN EN 13501–1 A1 or DIN EN 13501–1 A2-s1, d0 (Grenamat AL / AL light) or according to IMO for the Shipbuilding (Grenamat A / A light).

Clicwall® FR Decorative wall cladding Melamine-coated, fire-retardant and non-structural MDF-LA FR board with Uniclic profile, available in a wide range of high-quality UNILIN Evola – Designs is available. Clicwall FR is suitable for dry conditions in service class 1 and is mainly used for partitions and pre-walls. This fire retardant product is B‑s2, d0 certified. B‑s1, d0 is available on request. Highly compressed MDF board with a hard, finely sanded surface, which is characterized by particularly low formaldehyde emissions. The Air Resource Board (ARB) has confirmed (n ° N‑18–177) that Fibralux MR FR NAF is an MDF board without added formaldehyde resin (Section 93120.3 of the ATCM „Airborne Toxic Control Measure“). This means that the formaldehyde emission is below 0.04 ppm (90% of the tested material) with a maximum of 0.06 ppm for each individual measurement. It is also exempt from testing and certification for compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Fibralux MR FR NAF is flame retardant (ASTM E84 Class A / Class 1 rating for thicknesses of 9 – 30 mm and European fire protection classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to the spread of fire. Fibralux MR FR NAF B‑s1-d0 certified (EN 13501–1) for all available thicknesses (6 to 30 mm). -
Adhesive paste for gluing between vermiculite panels
The Grena adhesive paste is suitable for areas of application with temperatures of up to 1200 ° C. Please note that the Grena adhesive paste is a water-soluble adhesive and the components must be protected accordingly. The Grena adhesive paste can be used, for example, to glue between vermiculite panels on edges or surfaces. Please note the processing guidelines.
