Highly compressed MDF board with a hard, finely sanded surface, which is characterized by particularly low formaldehyde emissions. The Air Resource Board (ARB) has confirmed (n ° N-18-177) that Fibralux MR FR NAF is an MDF board without added formaldehyde resin (Section 93120.3 of the ATCM "Airborne Toxic Control Measure"). This means that the formaldehyde emission is below 0.04 ppm (90% of the tested material) with a maximum of 0.06 ppm for each individual measurement. It is also exempt from testing and certification for compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Fibralux MR FR NAF is flame retardant (ASTM E84 Class A / Class 1 rating for thicknesses of 9 - 30 mm and European fire protection classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to the spread of fire. Fibralux MR FR NAF B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1) for all available thicknesses (6 to 30 mm).
