Sin­ce 2019, the Broszeit Group has also had a ply­wood and coa­ting plant with its own pro­ces­sing and assem­bly cen­ter in Neu­gers­dorf, Sax­o­ny. We can now offer our cus­to­mers ply­wood in birch, beech or pop­lar „Made in Ger­ma­ny“ – with HPL or CPL sur­face coa­ting on request. In addi­ti­on, we can also sup­ply spe­cial ply­wood with dif­fe­rent midd­le lay­ers such as alu­mi­num core, cork, cork-rub­ber mix­tu­re or hea­vy-duty foil on request. 

Characteristics

Depen­ding on the type of wood or design used, ply­wood from Broszeit is extre­me­ly light, high­ly sta­ble, fle­xi­ble, fla­me-retar­dant and resistant to mois­tu­re and high tem­pe­ra­tu­re fluctuations.

Fur­ni­tu­re con­struc­tion, coun­ter con­struc­tion, object con­struc­tion, shop fit­ting, ship­buil­ding, vehi­cle con­struc­tion, faca­des, load-bea­ring and loa­ded structures

  • Gluing AW 100, E1, EUTR certified thicknesses from 3 – 16 mm 

    High­ly sta­ble, fle­xi­ble ply­wood with Cei­ba core. All strengths are avail­ab­le in leng­thways and cross­ways. The panels are CE cer­ti­fied accord­ing to the Euro­pean stan­dard ECC 89/106. This has been che­cked by an inde­pen­dent orga­niz­a­ti­on (Bureau Veri­tas). Our fle­xi­ble ply­wood can be used in many dif­fe­rent are­as such as hotel recep­ti­ons, tra­de fair con­struc­tion, fur­ni­tu­re con­struc­tion, ship­buil­ding, etc. The exte­rior 1 gluing of the fle­xi­ble ply­wood dis­tin­guis­hes it from other ply­wood avail­ab­le on the market 
  • Special board with special middle layers

  • Suitable for interior construction 

    Cover­a­ble birch mul­ti­plex board in thic­knes­ses of 10 – 41 mm. Pos­si­ble Losán veneers ami map­le. Flower, map­le ami. Plain, map­le euro. Birch exc- Pee­led, birch MD beech stea­med, oak euro. Old spruce black cemen­ted, cher­ry ami., Wal­nut ami.

With Neu­gers­dor­fer Holz­wer­ke GmbH, the BROSZEIT GROUP has been able to offer ply­wood – Made in Ger­ma­ny sin­ce 2019. Ply­wood panels can be made from birch, beech and pop­lar and coated with any desi­red car­ri­er mate­ri­al such as HPL and CPL surfaces.

With the asso­cia­ted pro­ces­sing and assem­bly cen­ter, the panels can be pro­ces­sed accord­ing to even the most unusu­al cus­to­mer requests.
