They are very often used by carpenters and joiners, especially in interior design. Nowadays, bendable plates also be used to cover oriels or stairwells without any problems. In addition, MDF panels can be covered with wallpaper and, thanks to their extremely smooth surface, can be painted wonderfully clean.

Fibralux MR Prime has low formaldehyde emissions (E1 class). Fibralux MR Prime also meets the requirements of the California Air Resource Board. According to ASTM E 1333–96, the formaldehyde emission is less than 0.11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 of the ACTM. This MDF board also meets the requirements of the EPA according to TSCA Title VI. Fibralux MR Prime is generally colored green in the mass. The coloring is only used to distinguish. The intensity of the green color can vary within different production batches and thicknesses. Fibralux MR Prime can also be supplied colorless. -
Moisture-resistant and non-structural MDF board with an evenly white primer lacquer layer

Circular economy pioneer
UNILIN has been a pioneer in the circular economy since the 160s. The then Union des Lins used shives – a leftover product from the flax industry – as the basic raw material for plates. In order to keep up with the growth over the years, UNILIN kept looking for new, sustainable raw materials. Residual material from the wood industry soon became the new basic raw material.
