Fire protection

With the Broszeit fire protection program, you have a high-performance fire protection program for interior construction at your disposal. Our non-flammable Grenamat fire protection panels are made from the natural raw material vermiculite and can withstand temperatures of up to 1,200 degrees. Thanks to their open-pored structure, they also have a sound-absorbing effect and achieve good values in terms of thermal conductivity.

Characteristics

The non-flammable Grenamat fire protection boards can be processed with common tools and woodworking machines and are certified according to DIN EN 13501–1 A1 or DIN EN 13501–1 A2-s1, d0 (Grenamat AL / AL light) or according to IMO for the Shipbuilding (Grenamat A / A light).

Areas of application

Constructive and decorative interior work, wall cladding, ceiling cladding, furniture construction, shipbuilding Protection of metal structures, elevator shafts and ventilation shafts.

Highly stable, flexible plywood with Ceiba core. All strengths are available in lengthways and crossways. The panels are CE certified according to the European standard ECC 89/106. This has been checked by an independent organization (Bureau Veritas). Our flexible plywood can be used in many different areas such as hotel receptions, trade fair construction, furniture construction, shipbuilding, etc. The exterior 1 gluing of the flexible plywood distinguishes it from other plywood available on the market

  • Fire-retardant and non-load-bearing chipboard for interior construction and furniture production

The addition of halogen-free phosphate salts gives the MUF-glued Antivlam chipboard highly fire-retardant properties (Euroclass B‑s1, d0). Antivlam self-extinguishes and stops glowing after removing the heat source. In addition, the mechanical strength of Antivlam chipboard is retained for a long time in the event of a fire. Antivlam must be used in service class 1 (restrictions on temperature and humidity) and is only suitable within hazard class 1 of the EN 335–3 standard. Direct contact with water is to be avoided in any case. Surface: melamine resin coated Weight: ??? kg / m3 gluing: ???
