MDF board with a grey colored core and 'satin' coating on both sides, for a subtle silk gloss effect
Highly compressed MDF board with a transparent, glossy surface finish on both sides, which is colored black in the mass. Nevertheless, the fine wood fibers remain visible on the surface of the panel, which emphasizes the natural origin of the product. The finish consists of an inert, UV-hardened lacquer that does not contain any harmful substances. Each plate has a self-adhesive protective film on both sides. The plates have a particularly easy screwable core. With high humidity there is minimal stretching and swelling of the panel. Fibralux MR Black Satin has low formaldehyde emissions (E1 class, ChemVerbotsV compliant). In addition, Fibralux MR Black Satin meets the requirements of the California Air Resource Board. According to ASTM E 1333-96, the formaldehyde emission is less than 0.11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 of the ACTM. This MDF board also meets the requirements of the EPA according to TSCA Title VI.
